It is easy to get a job here

Employees haven't gotten a salary since last 3.5 months. CEO thinks salary is optional and he'll pay at his leisure. The COO has girl-on-girl hate issues with every female employee. More so because CEO and COO are married. Neither knows the value of a good employee. This place doesn't even have an HR dept., content writing dept., operations dept., or Business dept. The CEO wants to control everything. Even the pantry! (Once he locked all glasses in his room so no one could use them) They wash the pantry cooking articles in men's restroom! With the same cloth they use to wash the basins!

Purple Intellect Private Limited is an excellent place. There isn’t much I can add as a review because pretty much all the points have already been covered. However, I would love to add that the management here is very supportive and helpful. Nothing like big corporates. The projects are challenging and fun to work on. Lots of great opportunities to work on core projects. Team leaders always listen to what any team member whats to contribute. Environment is fun and healthy.
