Massive changes to structure and focus over the last 2 years has resulted in a first class working environment, despite most now working from home. Staff well-being is now at the forefront of management objectives. Focus on staff development - lots of secondments and opportunities to learn roles in difference departments. Internal promotions/moves are at a high level. A sense of 'family atmosphere' throughout the contact centre, colleagues supporting each other, as well as management Big focus on putting the customer first in everything we do.

Although salaries are competitive, compensation & benefits needs further work. No bonuses for 'back office' staff who's work is imperative - maybe annual based on company performance?
