A once brilliant company turned extremely corporate and rotten to the core. Zero compassion for their employees and you are literally just a number. You’ll receive an update on your targets every single day, just another part of the micromanagement. You are targeted on “Booked Conversion” and with Purplebricks’ website, people are very easily able to book false appointments that ruin your conversion. If people cancel their appointments, you’re expected to religiously chase them to rebook in. Poor morals - you are encouraged (forced) to focus on just listings and provide no support to your customer afterwards.
