-Philanthropic Paid Time Off: I get paid to volunteer for non-profit organizations. I can't think of many companies that give us that opportunity. -Fast-paced environment: I like that there's always something to do and I'm not working on 1 project all of the time. -The people: The people here are all humble and smart. There's a sense of community and commodore. So fortunate to work with such great people, most of which are now my friends. -Flexible schedule: I can work from home, if I wanted to. This is helpful when you have an 8-hour window for the cable guy to come by or when you're feeling a little bit under the weather and don't want to spread your germs. -Non-Profits: I get to work with non-profit organizations that work day-in and day-out to impact and help lives every day. It's meaningful and humbling work.

-Fast-paced environment: It's great to have different projects to work on all of the time, but it can also be draining. Like any agency, sometimes there are tight deadlines. It could be stressful and feel chaotic to people who aren't used to the environment.
