Some very inexperienced staff in crucial roles has led to a series of poor decisions and ultimately the decline of the business. Once a vibrant, happy, collaborative workplace, the culture has become negative, secretive and deceptive for the last 3-6 months. Communication is poor across all levels. The HR function is in severe need of an experienced lead, able to effectively guide employee relations and comms. The current set up is drastically below standard.
