Vantaggi
Autonomy - Pusher believes in empowering employees with enough autonomy and freedom to produce great work. I've seen this through out the years I've been here and it hasn't decreased one bit. Culture - Pusher truly has a fantastic work culture. You'll feel it the moment you step into the office. People are friendly and welcoming providing a great atmosphere to work in. Learning - Having joined as a graduate engineer, I've learnt a great deal from some very experienced and knowledgeable senior engineers and colleagues. There is constant learning and knowledge sharing throughout the company. The Team - Pusher is made up of very talented and motivated people who deliver to the best of their abilities. There is also a constant feedback loop within smaller teams that allows for self improvement. Communication - Pusher believes in continuous communication - either from the management to employee's or employee's to management.
Svantaggi
As someone else pointed out in a previous review, it is quite easy to be overwhelmed during the first few days and can be quite challenging. Pusher believes in a "prototype - beta test - release" cycle for products. Products are some times shelved despite the work done on it. It might be off-putting for some.
