8yWe do hold a high bar for our staff, so it's unfortunate that translated into a negative working experience for yourself. Based on your comment, it sounds like we didn't do a good job supporting you. Possibly highlighted as we just finished our FY, which can be a lot as a public company. We just re-kicked off a leadership development effort in the NZ office, so having that sooner may have addressed some of the things you mentioned. We wish you the best and thanks for your work.
