7yAs a general stance, we do not comment on specifics of Glassdoor reviews. In this case, though, I will as there's several statements that are not true about our business or culture. I will speak to only a few of them as we take accusations of our staff and customers seriously.
Even though we're not a public company in the US yet, we proactively initiated diversity and inclusion actions into our interview process, management training, and culture as we believe it's the right thing to do to ensure people are treated fairly. There was a statement in the review that we have no women leaders, when in fact in our executive leader positions alone (Director+ leaders) we have 10 who are women. We do acknowledge we don't have the diversity we'd like in our executive roles, and we're confident this will improve through internal promotions and hiring.
While none of the stats listed about the Sales team are accurate, there are elements of truth in them which I believe is what the reviewer was striving to communicate. We're a growth oriented company, so while we're proud of our growth and excited about the future, our journey has bumps. We're a learning culture so we've adapted well. Since some changes based on staff feedback we have consistently hit our targets, including recently having our best quarter ever. With great sales staff, phenomenal product, and a healthy balance of sales leaders who have been both promoted at Pushpay and external leaders hired in from other well-known companies. With great people and product, we are confident about our future.
Being in the top 0.1% of all new companies in terms of growth tends to expose a lot of areas for improvement. We've consistently demonstrated we listen and act on staff feedback, and we will continue to do so as part of our continuous feedback culture.
What we're doing at Pushpay is hard. We make it consistently clear that we are both an outcomes-driven company and we serve churches. This combination of serving ministries and striving for world-class in the marketplace can be a difficult tension to operate in. We have incredibly genuine people throughout the company, and it's one of our hopes that they are able to do the most impactful work of their career while at Pushpay.
