7yWe work hard to be an open, honest culture of continuous feedback, so I'm sorry to hear that you felt unable to talk about some problems while you were here. While I wasn't there when the request was made to leave a review, I do know that our position is we do not ask for positive reviews. Instead, we ask for staff to give honest insight into their experience at Pushpay to help candidates know what it's like to work here.
To speak to some of your comments, we did move away from the two meetings per week about a year ago based on staff feedback. We do continue to maintain a culture of celebrating success, and more importantly, each other, so clapping is still a part of this. People are at the center of everything we do - from those who make up our organisation to the many customers and communities who get to be on the receiving end of increased generosity. We recognise that Pushpay wouldn't exist without our people, and we'll continue to foster an environment in which people come first, are valued, and celebrated. We wish you the best.
