Early engineers have deep expertise

Masculine-coded, aggressive environment. There's micromanagement, deep over-engineering on the technical side, and a casual arrogance that comes from the top. There's constant denigration; whether it's what you're wearing, former employees who left, applicants, or even industry partners - you'll hear folks putting down others pretty often. It's not an enjoyable place to work. The fact that the CEO instituted a "no politics in the workplace" rule is the only dog-whistle you need to hear.
