You can make your own schedule and there is no cap on how much income you can make for yourself. This job builds grit and perseverance.

Svantaggi

100% commission-based which is difficult starting out new. There was little to no leadership from the people who are supposed to support and build you. You're basically competing against the managers that are supposed to guide you. No leads/deals are given to get you started which many other brokerages do at first. No interest in management to reach out and get to know you other than moments when it felt like it was forced by higher-ups. This could be different per office location.
