Overall, it's a good role for those looking for stability and remote work, but there are definitely areas where Centene could improve to better support its frontline employees. My POC Namrata Sahu was a great support throughout the assignment.

I found the internal websites for benefits, etc. to be a little clunky. But not a big deal. In the end, I was able to use the successfully.
