Unless you’re Indian, working at this company is a nightmare. The culture is toxic, with a clear bias towards sponsoring Indian workers while overlooking capable U.S. citizens for roles they could easily fill. This practice not only undermines American talent but effectively turns sponsored employees into indentured servants, bound to the company for years at a fraction of a fair salary. In the office, Hindi reigns supreme, leaving English speakers feeling marginalized. Upper management frequently disappears for long breaks, contributing to an astonishingly high turnover rate—even by industry standards. This company has earned a dreadful reputation in both the industry and the Atlanta area, primarily for its blatant disregard for anything other than its own interests. There’s absolutely no direction for new hires or even seasoned professionals. Upper management spends their days on calls, contributing little, yet cashing in on exorbitant salaries. They seem to prioritize paid time off over supporting their teams, and when they are in the office, they offer little more than condescension instead of guidance. The ethical violations are staggering. They hire teams to pursue “no touch accounts,” pressuring new recruits to reach out to hiring managers on LinkedIn in an attempt to drum up business. Meanwhile, Indian-based recruiters are treated like disposable labor, subjected to relentless belittling and forced to work grueling hours—including nights and weekends—all for meager compensation. If you value your career and well-being, steer clear of this organization. It’s a place where only a select few thrive, while the rest are left feeling exploited and undervalued.
