Horrendous upper management with horrible communication, no structure, and lacks establishment. So much negativity and complaints from all staff members that have been with the company for many years which creates high turn over for all new comers. Do not even waste time trying to help the growth that they should have been at years ago, as it has brought many years of sufferings.
