Teamwork is inconsistent at teams. This job is not for you if you don’t have strong work ethic or able to lead by example consistently. Most of the work you do as assistant is cleaning towels and washing guests hair and scalp. Since the salon is fast paced most of the time is spent shampooing and washing towels amongst other janitorial work. Until you obtain your license and meet their expectations.
