Difficult to move up in the company

Employees are treated fairly, with respect, and provided competitive benefits.

Lack of any strategic vision, stagnant executive thinking (not willing to change or adapt), and no coordination of companies within their ownership portfolio. Extreme conflict of interest of Sr. Executives that hold board positions with affiliates while supposedly leading operational decisions for the parent company. Lack of any communication from Executive team.
