We deeply value every person who chooses to work for Q-Centrix and aim to create a supportive and positive workplace for all – I'm sorry to hear that we fell short of that goal for you. Great managers are critical to our culture, and we will continue to invest in leadership training and development to ensure consistency in this practice across the organization. With respect to compensation, we would like to clarify our approach to ensure a better understanding. Our pay model is carefully designed to be both performance-based and data-driven, ensuring that team members are compensated fairly and competitively for their work. We believe in rewarding accuracy and efficiency while maintaining an equitable pay scale. Central to this approach is collaboration between team members and their managers—as it’s important that everyone understands their performance and related opportunities to enhance their earning potential. To facilitate this, we have introduced additional communication points during and after the onboarding process for managers and new team members to discuss this topic in greater detail.
