For the most part people are nice, The facility is clean, The company buys lunch and cares about their people. Dogs run free in the office, No filter, the owner can be heard screaming in the front lobby, "I will kill it, I will pull the plug right now, your f**king up my business" - which is always comforting hear, especially when you're on the team he is talking about and he's directing that message towards your manager who is sitting right next to you on the open floor, in front of the entire sales team - very professional.

The company has grown so fast and they keep hiring all types of professionals, just throwing people at the problem. Honeslty that has become the problem, too many people in leadership roles, too many ideas at once, poor execution on new tools and processes, not enough focus and support on the role and responsibilities to the customer and very poor collaboration. The owner's son cares only about his commissions, and doesn't take the time to understand how sales are made. This is a family business and they have built a great company with great products, but need to improve on leadership and care about the customer.
