Pay is just ok, Bought by a large company (InhabitIQ) and things seemed to go downhill due to becoming very corporate. Upper management is kind of cold from the larger comapny.

Q4Launch is a fantastic place to work for people who are self motivated, willing to work hard, and have a desire to learn. Nothing will be handed to you and you will be expected to put in the hours, but the time invested pays off. You will be exposed to and learn a ton about all aspects of digital marketing. Because the company runs very lean and employees are asked to "wear a lot of hats," you will come away from your time here with a robust skillset on your resume and highly sought after background. The travel industry is a very cool industry to market for and you will work with a wide variety of clients in unique destinations. The Q4Travels benefit is a nice added bonus that gives employees the opportunity to travel to places they otherwise wouldn't. Young founder and mostly millennial work force makes for a really fun group of people to work with. You'll be surrounded by hardworking, energized, and brilliant minds. I can't say enough good things about the people! Good opportunity for growth, if you're willing to speak up and carve your own path. Q4Launch is not a place with a clearly defined, guaranteed path for advancement. However, those who add value, pursue passion projects, and raise their hand when given an opportunity can advance quickly. Fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality that will keep you one your toes. This is great for people who are hungry to learn, want to stay active, and are always looking ahead to what's next. Management team strives to be honest, transparent, and forward thinking. They deeply care about the team and look for opportunities to foster a growth-oriented environment.

Heavy workload. Q4Launch is not the right fit for anyone looking to clock in their 40-hours and go home. You are expected to put in the hours in to get the job done. In seasons of heavy work loads, this can mean 50-60 hour work weeks. You're also the after hours support for urgent client issues. his pace is not sustainable forever and can lead to employee burnout. Some teams are severely understaffed and lack necessary resources. In some cases, one team member being out sick, on vacation, etc. can bring projects to a halt. "The customer is always right" mentality can lead to unprofessional client behavior. Anyone in the CSM role should be prepared to deal with this. No 401K at the time of my departure, though there were talks of adding this in the future. Recent acquisition by new parent company has added more "red tape" and can be barrier to getting things done. Fast-paced, dynamic environment has slowed as leadership team has their hands tied and must wait for approval from parent company on some items. I believe these are "growing pains" and a short-term issue that will resolve with time.

Pay could not support someone living in CHS. Management / Leadership was very underqualified and not suited to handle people issues. Terrible micromanagement.
