The academy provides top class training in highly sought after technologies, and has some fantastic clients nationwide that wouldn't be accessible anywhere else. The atmosphere around the office is friendly and inclusive, and any colleague whether it be a Director, trainer, fellow trainee or office staff are approachable and personable. The hardest part of the job is the 3 months unpaid training, but this is easily mitigated by the great accommodation that is provided free of charge and the good salary prospects upon completion. Some people find the fact that the possibility of working anywhere around the country is a bit of an issue, but anyone serious about a good career with a great client would be willing to overlook this.
