      Strong management with solid foundations to whom will do their very best to bring the most out of employees. Manage to keep the family feel within the team despite having a big office.

      Svantaggi

      Mass of admin, lot of expectation on the phone and huge workloads for little money. Hugely underpaid even for experienced staff from management backgrounds, they are genuine Ely the lowest across the industry and are the biggest.

      Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
