Ask the recruitment manager all these taboo questions and be sure to record it. Even if you get through training - chances are they wont have a client for you so you'll sit on the bench (this is where you sit at home on £650 a month which is essentially illegal) until they find you a job. During this time you can't look for another job or you'll be charged £12,000. The best way to judge a company is how they treat their permanent staff. Well, when the senior recruiter stinks of alcohol and is falling asleep at the desk with NO regard for the graduates or their futures - what does that tell you? There is NO progression. Graduates can (and often will be) on the £23.5k starting salary for the whole 2 years. If you have skills in coding you are very valuable to the industry. TRUST ME. You can and will get a job somewhere that will value you, pay you well and progress you the way you deserve. QA Consulting will do none of this.
