Vantaggi

Helping colleagues - Most colleagues are really helpful and leave their own own to help you at times, Helping IT department - IT people resolve your issues promptly, Employee Awards - This is a good conduct, as it helps to boost employees' confidence, however they must make sure it does not cause unnecessary politics, global exposure.

Svantaggi

1. Training is inconsistent and irrelevant - It seems they do not focus much on training standards as they are not raising permanent employees but just temporary employees. One needs to try and learn things on their own. 2. High attrition rate - I have literally seen way more people leaving the company than new employees joining. And the company doesn't seem to be bothered on this fact. 3. Need to work under pressure and odd hours - Even though they say it's flexi 9 hour shift, one cannot complete their work in these 9 hours. Also, since the base office is in USA, employees need to adjust work timings with respect to USA at times. They should consider over time and try not to keep meetings at odd hours. There should be extra pay for over time. Most employees here work under great pressure as TL's and Managers try to cover up by putting the pressure on the employees. 4. Politics - Even though the HR and managers say we have an excellent working environment, there is quite some politics when it comes to appraisals and promotion. Most TL's and managers judge you a lot on your personal skills rather than on your working skills. 5. Poor HR - The HR here are hypocrites. They say something, but they mean something else. I observed very less clarity on the employee policies when I joined here, the HR was not very clear about the job. 6. Bad quality food - QAD provides with a free meal (Lunch/Dinner) and paid snacks. The quality of the food is pathetic. The location of the office is such that employees don't even get much option to buy good quality food from outside. 7. No respect for juniors - I have seen weird judgement while allocating work to juniors by senior members. Though not all seniors have such prejudice, but some have a very high ego and it is difficult working with them.

Amazing welcoming and supportive culture, very respectful of work-life balance. Great place to learn and grow.

Svantaggi

Very fast paced, you own your performance. Not recommended for someone who wants to "take it easy" or "coast"

It is wonderful to hear from an Operational Excellence Coach who truly embodies the high-performance mindset we value. We are thrilled that you’ve found a supportive environment here that balances professional growth with a respect for personal time. Vantaggi

It was a genuinely great company to work for prior to 2025. Excellent experience working here during the transition stage from On-Premise to Cloud under the previous leadership (Anton). The core QAD ERP is a complex, valuable software that was making solid progress toward a SaaS model before the recent shifts.

Svantaggi

Drastic Culture Shift: The workplace became instantly toxic when the new CEO (Sanjay) took over. His first all-hands call explicitly stated the company was doing poorly, setting a deeply demotivating tone. Subsequent calls have been filled with mean-spirited treatment toward employees. Mass Layoffs & Outsourcing: The company let go of highly experienced resources—the backbone of QAD—in the AMER and EMEA regions. They completely outsourced critical Cloud Operations (which maintains the core infrastructure) to a vendor in India that has zero knowledge of QAD. Severe Micromanagement: Because the new outsourced team lacks domain knowledge, there is intense micromanagement, and leaders are now expected to be available 24/7 to compensate. Misguided Strategy: The new leadership immediately scrapped ongoing developments to focus entirely on customer support. There is no job security left in the AMER and EMEA regions. Misleading PR: Don't believe the social media hype or paid articles. The heavily boasted AI integration is actually a tool developed by Redzone, and despite a "great launch" in November 2025, nothing has actually gone live yet.

Thank you for your ten-plus years of service and for your significant contributions to our Cloud transition. It is disheartening to hear that your experience changed so drastically, as we take your concerns regarding culture and leadership very seriously. We are currently navigating a period of significant evolution, and while these transitions are difficult, we value the expertise that built this company. We appreciate your candid feedback and wish you nothing but the best in your future professional endeavors.
