-C-Level does not dare to faces employee questions anymore (they are afraid to tackle them during digital all-hands) - Letting go of key employees as they are too expensive (the company is already ver profitable) -Customer do not matter to the financial investor -Sinking Ship atmosphere -Horrible work culture -Horrible attitude towards customers (as they cut down most of Services & Support while increasing costs annually by significant amounts. So less quality for higher costs)

Thanks for your comment and I apologize for the delay in this response. We moved to fully remote work towards the end of the pandemic since we saw the benefit to both employees and the company. For employees this offered more flexibility and yes for the company, this did help with costs as well as employee productivity and satisfaction. We would like to hear more about the specifics in the work culture. Our HR Team and manager team is continually working to improve and ensure employees have a good experience at QAD. I recommend connecting with your HR Representative right away so we can address the specific concerns you have to make this a better experience for your. Thank you

It was a genuinely great company to work for prior to 2025. Excellent experience working here during the transition stage from On-Premise to Cloud under the previous leadership (Anton). The core QAD ERP is a complex, valuable software that was making solid progress toward a SaaS model before the recent shifts.

Drastic Culture Shift: The workplace became instantly toxic when the new CEO (Sanjay) took over. His first all-hands call explicitly stated the company was doing poorly, setting a deeply demotivating tone. Subsequent calls have been filled with mean-spirited treatment toward employees. Mass Layoffs & Outsourcing: The company let go of highly experienced resources—the backbone of QAD—in the AMER and EMEA regions. They completely outsourced critical Cloud Operations (which maintains the core infrastructure) to a vendor in India that has zero knowledge of QAD. Severe Micromanagement: Because the new outsourced team lacks domain knowledge, there is intense micromanagement, and leaders are now expected to be available 24/7 to compensate. Misguided Strategy: The new leadership immediately scrapped ongoing developments to focus entirely on customer support. There is no job security left in the AMER and EMEA regions. Misleading PR: Don't believe the social media hype or paid articles. The heavily boasted AI integration is actually a tool developed by Redzone, and despite a "great launch" in November 2025, nothing has actually gone live yet.
