Having worked at QAD for 20+ years primarily in finance leadership roles and currently as Chief of Staff, my experience has been exceptional. One of the key aspects that sets QAD apart is its strong leadership team. The executive leadership is visionary and highly committed to driving success at QAD, working hard to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Chief of Staff role has allowed me to work closely with these leaders. As QAD operates on a global scale, there are many opportunities for employees to be part of global projects, providing a global perspective, which can broaden horizons and allow exposure to exciting, diverse and dynamic cultures. Within the rapidly evolving industry, there are many opportunities for career advancement; and being part of an innovative agile organisation, allows the chance to take on new responsibilities, lead projects and grow as the organisation grows. I am grateful for the opportunities for professional growth, the collaborative work culture, the continuous learning opportunities doing impactful work, while contributing to the success of QAD.
