Long hours, minimal breaks OT & EA unfairly distributed to same individuals Acting positions only provided to same individuals in group Releving opportunities based on favortism Lack of career opportunities/development, only offered to favourites since it require line manager approval Malicious gossip by staff and managers destroy reputations Bias investigations Young workforce climbing the ladder with no experience and no respect or regard for senior officers. Experience accounts for nothing Very toxic workplace. Not a family friendly work environment Don't hedhere to workplace laws and regulations, manipulating the situations to suit
