The Personal Lines Claims Dept. located in Sun Prarie, Plano and Atlanta are being drastically reduced for a lot of great workers. The pay was ok. Benefits kept getting worse each year, but at one time were really good.

The only book of business left is Westwood and there's not that much left on their books. Safeco purchased most of the Personal Lines for pennies on the dollar last August (2018). Most Claims personnel will be RIF'd as the old QBE policies are transferred over to Safeco. If you are offered a job in claims, do NOT take the bait. Most of Sr. Management is driven by analytics and have zero idea of how process implementation works.
