The pay is lacking, no decent pay increases. Team leaders are obnoxious, annoying, untrained, unskilled, unsupportive and have a very bullish approach to management and very dictorial, it's fair to say it's headed up predominantly by upper male management that are very bullish and have little respect for females and one manager in particular makes a number of female staff feel uncomfortable. If you speak out about any issue regarding processes or leadership there will be backlash on you as an individual to deal with. Be warned! The workload is overwhelming and you are expected to work longer hours unpaid to meet targets. If you're a man and want to join an old school boys club you'll probably do really well here.
