The people at QGenda are fantastic to work with. It's a very intelligent and fun group. Regardless of your role within the company, you will have a direct impact on customers. The chances of being stuck in a back-office, administrative, role at QGenda, without any customer focus, is essentially nil. While the company has seen a high amount of growth recently, especially in the number of employees, it still maintains a laid-back, small company, atmosphere. Regardless of your role at the company, your work will challenge you and you will not get bored. The flex time and vacation policy (or lack thereof) allow for an excellent work/life balance.

The company management, at times, is not very goal-oriented and instead focuses almost entirely on individual tasks. While focusing on individual tasks is very important, not having an idea of what those tasks are ultimately building towards tends to make them feel more like busy work, rather than as a means to achieve a larger goal. Performance reviews have been implemented, which are great for setting individual career goals, but do not really provide anything in terms of team, company, or product related goals. Job expectations have not always been clearly communicated or defined.
