      The organization doesn't care about their people, you are just a number to the organization. Management will throw you at as soon as business is not going well. A strong vision is missing in the company and value for people is lacking. It is your usual French company with the usual crony politics, so never expect to be part of upper management unless you are French.

      Great coworkers, everyone helps you get acclimated and people don't step on toes when trying to make a sale. Supervisors are very helpful and walk you through processes and help you make sales. They offer good services which makes it easier to sell them

      Mostly just the pay which is decent but not enough for San Diego cost of living. You tend to work long hours to be successful as you are fully responsible for closing sales and getting enough contacts to reach out to. This is not always the case but I often find I need to work beyond 8 hours per day to be actually successful.
