To understand QL2, you must realize it's owned by a PE firm, who's looking to flip it. This means, they have zero dedication to employees, clients, or product. They simply care about slimming margins, and outsourcing every job they can to India. You will not last there, I don't care how talented you think you are at sales, they keep all the good leads and accounts as "house" accts. BTW: There's no 3 yrs tenured Rep in Atlanta, so don't believe that review.

Good pay and company paid benefits but leadership/owners do not know what they are doing with a software company.

Software had been stagnant for many years and needs updating. Unexpected layoffs and reorganization. Realized their mistakes in letting go of the employees that kept everything running and tried to get some employees back. Poor decision making.
