      Learn new technologies. Because if you will not learn and expertise it in 1 or 2 weeks you will be fired.

      1.Hire developers when they have projects and fire them as soon as the project gets over. There is no job security. 2.You have to complete the project any how whether you have to work till 2 am in the morning.You will have to come office on weekends also with no comp off. No work lie balance. 3.Life will be hell if you are working at client side. At the time of appraisal there is mass layoffs.
