We are thrilled to hear that HR and your coworkers were both helpful and you were able to enjoy the snacks, coffee as well as the gym. We are sorry to hear your experience was less then what we strive for, for all our employees. We do take all feedback seriously and rest assured, we’ve taken steps to enhance our development team and there have been recent changes in management to improve our developers’ involvement in current\future product technology to ensure variety of work, technology used, and planning for our technology stack’s future. Being innovative on development as well as our infrastructure is key to our continued success. Our company culture will always be a top priority at QT9 Software. Toxic environments, harassment, and exclusion will never be tolerated at our organization. With that said, all employees are unique individuals, and work environments that are great for most, might not be appreciated by all. Finding the right fit for employment is an important process for both employee and employer.
