Outsourced I.T. resources to India and Poland. Difficulty communicating in English which takes alot of time to get simple fixes completed. Very, very outdated CSR system that have major issues everyday. Very challenging to get routine jobs done such as assist customers with billing. Absolutely disgrace a Fortune 500 Company has an old outdated system.
