I really appreciate how QXi focuses on you as an individual. They take the time to understand how you fit into the team, while also making sure the role is the right fit for you. They go beyond the surface, looking at who you are, how you work, what you want to achieve, and how that aligns with the position and the company’s goals. The whole experience felt friendly and personable, while still being professional - it felt real. The onboarding so far has been clear and smooth, focusing on the key information and helping me get up to speed quickly.

QXi has honestly been one of the best environments I’ve worked in. The leadership team is incredible – most have been here 7+ years, and it really shows in the way they develop and support people. There’s a clear progression path, regular feedback, and they actually follow through on career development promises. The working hours are flexible, with a really healthy hybrid setup (only 3 days in the office). The finance and operations teams are excellent too, they are efficient and always willing to help. The culture is just great. Everyone’s friendly, collaborative, open, and no sneaky behavior around splits or competition. It’s one of those places where you actually enjoy coming into the office.

If I had to pick one, I’d say sometimes the business can be a little too patient with underperformers, giving them longer to turn things around than maybe they should. But it comes from a good place, they genuinely want everyone to succeed.
