Management is incompetent. They come from academia and research and don't quite understand business, deliveries and operations. Most of the time it feels like the company is sailing without a captain. Bias against action. Allergy to action plans. Transparency is nowhere to be found. Business development focuses on the small tasks. Nice presentations, charts, meetings. All displacement activity to hide the fact that they couldn't do their real job. Challenged technical infrastructure. Unreasonable and disconnected delivery plans No result-driven culture. No concept of ownership. QMIC solution to every problem is forming working groups where responsibilities and ownership get more diluted
