The company lacks structure, short staffs its employees, and devaules it's employees. Higher positions ignore staff input of the working conditions. Higher ups also expect the production output equivalent to a fully staffed store on half the amount of staff. Company also does not advertise well and invest back into its employees or structuring/advertising of the business.
