Awful interview process - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Qdrant Solutions

I was contacted (did not apply) for a position of Growth Engineer, they changed the role mid process, but I agreed to continue, even though in hindsight was a mistake. I had to prepare presentations, that everyone loved AFAIK, but in my fourth interview, they told me we were going to talk about UI/UX processes so I prepared for that. Instead, they started to ask me about implementing a debounce from memory in Javascript (a concept that I understand and know, but I don't keep in my head because nobody really implements that from the top of their head). A trap that I will never forget. Awful, long process, they seemed to be nice people, but I would run away as far as I can from this company, at least for this role.
