- the position promotes robotic work, and new ideas or thinking out-of-the-box practices are shunned, being obedient is far more valuable to the company. There is no reward for working efficiently, and adding the previous point to this, this job will be frustrating for many people;
- consequently, promotions are given seemingly at random, not based on performance/efficiency, but rather on friendships and how much one is willing to suck up to the boss;
- albeit seeing improvement lately, there were almost no team-building activities within the office, let alone with the other offices.
