      Poor systems in place, dearth of competent people nd poor management in place. Additionally too much focus on copy pasting from Germany with little focus on building in house capabilities

      Very Bad Management, Company was restructured multiple times during the last years, it's basically been an "around-the-world" tour and ended up the same structure as when I joined the company. Private Equity is not exactly helping to stabilize this situation.
