The CEO is an entitled man-child with no grasp of the realities of his product, its client base, and employees. He will probably see this review and respond to it, and honey, I'm so looking forward to it. Don't mind me - I'm just going to microwave some popcorn.

Read reviews from current employees and you will see that QLess is clearly a company that the overwhelming majority of its employees --the Liberators-- love. In contrast, people who no longer have the fortune to work here are not as happy. Draw your own conclusions. It's easy for a person terminated whose feelings are hurt to hurl vague insults without any support behind them from the comfort of anonymity. As this reviewer wrote, there are really bright, hard-working individuals at QLess. It is they who have the merit for our multiple-award-winning platform, repeatedly crowned the best small computer service in the world and rated 4.9 out of 5 stars in the Apple app store, for signing on our marquee client base and retaining them at an average revenue retention of ~100%, and for attracting our star-studded employees. As for 'entitled', this company's CEO received no gifts and never felt entitled to anything...he started QLess from his garage and took no salary for years even while paying his employees competitive salaries. New leadership in place has really transformed QLess. The corporate politics that once used to exist are no longer a thing. Great place to work if you want to really test your skills in a not so start up, start up environment.

Because of the change in leadership, we are currently in a rebuilding status. I believe needing patience here is a must until all things have been fortified

Talented employees have come and go and I wish the new ones would stay. If leadership would change how they lead and manage the people, their attitude, there could be hope that the situation here would get better for the employees.

The leaders of this company have made poor decisions again and again like they never learned from past mistakes at all! They are also too arrogant to admit their mistakes, accept employees opinions and suggestions, so they have to avoid everything we had to say! They don’t treat us like we’re professionals, but like children that constantly need to monitor and control!! And that lead to employees suffocating and becoming miserable! It’s a toxic workplace! Good and talented employees come and go as quick as they joined the company! Management knows what the real problem here is but they can’t accept that their attitude is the problem! They allow people to leave and the employee turnover increasing! They kept insisting that’s it’s us who aren’t performing and doing our jobs hence the low pay and terrible benefits!
