With regard to turnover, annual involuntary employee turnover at our company has been 7%, which is 39% lower than the US average. For a mostly bootstrapped company, that's actually really good; it means 93% of our employees choose to keep their jobs with us every year even in an extremely competitive job market.
Regarding management, our executive team has decades of successful management experience, and QLess has grown every quarter of our existence, by a median 41% YoY. Our average revenue retention rate is ~100%. Our app is rated 4.9 out of 5 in the Apple store. We have been repeatedly recognized as the Best Small Computer Services Company in America (7x) and in the world (3x). So we can't be doing *everything* wrong.
As for culture, this is made by all of us, so if you have ideas on what you'd like to see, by all means step forth, propose it or make it happen!
