Qotient went through a bit of a restructuring phase thanks to covid and it was a very uncertain and unprecedented time. With that said, the team never gave up on our common goal for the companies future and upper management was transparent through the whole phase.

Fantastic leadership that actually walks the walk and talks the talk. Nobody on the team is going to "big-time" you, everyone is genuinely in this together and there is an exciting buzz inherently in the air. If you've ever dealt with the channel you'll understand how to sell this product immediately.

Svantaggi

If your not familiar with the channel and how it operates, you might face an uphill battle to ramp. If you're afraid to cold call or outbound cold this is not your spot.

Friendly people, tight-knit culture, as is ideal in a startup this size. Tremendous collective experience in team available for leverage. Significantly more formalized operations than expected, allows for time to be focused on non-trivial and strategic moves rather than trying to work out kinks in daily ops procedures.

Svantaggi

Early stage startup pains as expected, such as a shorter ramp before value delivery. Nothing unmanageable if you have a preference for near complete autonomy.
