The only positive side is that there are quite a few senior level personnel like myself that have brought in fresh new ideas that have been embraced by the different teams.

IT side: Senior manager is inexperienced and encourages a cow boy mentality not conducive to driving consistent results. His lower level managers are a mixture of the old israeli guard which is mostly incompetent along with others that also encourage a seat of the pants mentality -very high risk. There is not much cooperation between the departments and there is a lot of back stabbing. The lack of leadership and arrogance in IT has led to the resignation of two very competent directors within six months of each other. These two people really set the framework responsible for QPay's stability as a business Operation side is top heavy with a lot of dinosaurs that are dragging the company down. They are more concerned with guarding their turf than doing what is right for the company. They look down on IT even though their success depends on them.
