There is no pros because there is nothing good in that company except you getting a job.

Behavior of the owner is pathectic. They never appreciate work and think people are their slave. No benefit as an employee and also they play around with international dependent employee by the law as most of them are not aware of it. No work like balance, no flexibility, no beneifts. So would advice to take your decision wisely.
