I do not have a long background as I have been here less than a year but I love the family atmosphere and the build-it-here focus. The whole company gets together for team events and even has lunch brought in every day for the employees to enjoy which I believe fosters a strong sense of teamwork. I especially appreciate how they believe in growing their products through internal development wherever possible resulting in true value and uniqueness. Other highlights include: * Flexible work environment. * Lots of growth opportunities for talented and dedicated employees. * No day is the same. * Basically a relaxed environment as long as everyone is doing their job.

It is a very fast paced atmosphere that can overwhelm someone not use to a very dynamic work environment.
