5yI regret to hear that you had a bad experience with Quadrant. We will certainly take your advice to heart. Under a year employees often bring valuable insights. They have a fresh perspective that allows us to make positive changes. I don't always like what I hear but I do recognize there is some truth in all criticism.
We are a company of 500+ employees with 70 in our headquarters. We take pride in the integrity, honesty and ethics that we bring to work every day. This is the first negative review that called our ethics into question. To paint an entire group as lacking ethics is to use a very broad brush. It is difficult to address this comment without specifics other than to say I do not agree.
In response to feeling as though we discourage leave for employees; this is sometimes true for new employees in sales jobs. We offer double the paid leave of our competitors, so it is not routinely discouraged.
I do in fact employ three family members. There has been mention of this in other posts. I recognize that for some this must cause an issue. If it helps I will tell you that I feel that everyone here is family. That comes with some of the same positives and negatives that one thinks of when thinking about family.
