I’ve been with Quadrant since January 2021- and 9.5 months later I truly am still excited to come to work! If you work hard the possibilities are endless. There’s is a great balance of work and fun to be had during the week. Especially in a staffing environment which is notorious for being too competitive and offering a poor work life balance.. I don’t feel that either of those are true while working here. I have worked at a heavy hitter staffing agency and I worked a lot harder and made less money since commission pay outs took 90+ days at Adecco. This commission model is uncapped and if you are great at what you do you will see that return + more. Regardless of which side of the house you work on it’s easy to get up and running and on full commission within 6-8 months if you come in and work. I only had 1 paycheck in my entire time here that did not have commission on it (my first paycheck). Quadrant has the best holiday schedule, PTO is generous, referral fee is fantastic, and early out fridays in staffing?! Those are just the second best perks to the commission structure. The only way you are not successful here is if YOU do not want to be successful.
