I worked to support the management and sales staff for two years (until COVID). The owners and salesmen are a caring, fun group of people. They are open to new ideas, flexible with employees time, and they are always working to improve the company. I enjoyed working here.

There is sometimes a bit of a disconnect between the shop and the office, but they are working to improve it.

Very knowledgeable staff and management that are expert at high nickel alloy fabrication used in high heat and corrosive applications. Owners of the company are the best. Just good people.

This is a very niche market. Like any sales position, in order to be successful, experience and connections within this is required.
