The pay is horrible. You have high stress, pressure, and a high workload, for terrible pay. I could make a lot more waitressing. Chipotle has the same starting pay as Qualderm Partners. You’re encouraged to sell products and services but do not receive commission. The providers make commission from your sales, even if they weren’t the ones who suggested the product or service. You have to train new employees, though it was not in the job description. You do not receive a wage increase for taking on a trainers role.
